How to Slow Down
Ageing Process Naturally?
Ageing is the natural process our bodies go all the way
through, as we get older. Nonetheless, there are some complex biological
functions that go faster ageing such as glycation and over oxidation of cells.
This acceleration in the ageing process is caused by excessive sugar, stree, and
toxicity. On the other hand, as you may have noticed there are some people who
are 40 but look 60 and others who are 60 but look 20 years younger.
Have you started to notice the first signs of ageing on your
skin? These could be no matter which from a wrinkle, age spots to fine lines something
like your forehead, eyes or lips. But before you reach out for the most
expensive anti-ageing cream, out there, why not make some standard of living
modifications that will definitely work in your favour and prevent more such
signs.
Keep Away from
Surplus Exposure to The Sun: It’s the utmost reason of wrinkles. So you
need to protect you skin from the sun rays by staying indoors when the sun is
the strongest. Secondly, you should wear a best sunscreen with as much as
necessary SPF each time you go out at lest 20-30 minutes before stepping out in
the sun.
Stay Hydrated:
Inadequate hydration is the another major cause of excessive wrinkles. So you
should drink plenty of water to get hydrating skin. If you not be up to snuff
to get enough fluids in your body, then cells will start to lose elasticity and
eventually wrinkles shall start surfacing.
Give up Smoking: It also causes premature ageing of the skin
for the most part by reducing blood supply and sustenance to the skin. Smoking
makes the skin lose its elasticity and moisture. And continuously exhausted the
cigarette fumes in to his/her mouth causes wrinkles over time at the corners of
the eyes and the mouth.
Get Sufficient Sleep:
While you don’t get adequate sleep, the body produces excess cortisol a hormone
that breaks down skin cells. Get sufficient sleep and you will produce more
human growth hormone (HGH), that helps skin remain thick, less likely to
wrinkle with more elastic.
Work Out and Try Face
Yoga: Work out and yoga is the another best way to relax your mind and
body. Face yoga is a bunch of facial exercises to keep your face taut and
younger-looking forever. We repeatedly fail to remember to work out our facial
muscles but these exercises help do the the same and keep ageing skin at cove.
Ear Healthy Food:
You need to take diet which is full of vitamins that come from the fresh green
veggies and fruits. And dry fruit/nuts as well.
Stay Away from Trauma
(Stress): Stress discharge hormones like cortisol which decrease muscular
tissue beneath the skin. This makes your skin thinner and makes it look
wrinkled and old.
Use a Moisturiser:
Dry skin is also a major reason of premature ageing. So we have to
moisturise our skin with a good quality
moisturiser. Nowadays, many women are so concerned with anti-ageing products
they often overlook the power of a simple moisturiser.
Don’t Over-Wash Your
Face: Over and over again, wash off your face with the tap water is not
good for your skin because it cleans the
the natural barrier oils and moisture of your skin which protects your skin
against wrinkles. You should need a cleanser or face wash instead of a soap.
Seek Advice from Your
Dermatologist: If you would like to use anti-ageing creams, lotions or
other chemicals and surgical options such as fillers, lasers, botox and peels
to get rid from wrinkles, you should seek advice from your dermatologist first,
who’ll guide you the best option after examine your skin.
